How to withdraw from your contract

Withdrawal via the online form

Use our online form “Withdraw from contract” to submit your withdrawal directly online.

If you wish to withdraw from an online purchase contract, you can use this form. Please enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. After submitting the form, you will automatically receive confirmation by email.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration, for example by a letter sent by post or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the withdrawal electronically using the online form. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
